1. About AdBoost

AdBoost ("we", "us", "our") is a digital advertising management platform operated in Israel. We provide campaign management, creative review, and ad placement services across major digital advertising platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Taboola.

2. Services

AdBoost provides the following services to registered clients:

• Management of digital advertising campaigns on third-party platforms
• Creative review and approval before campaign launch
• Campaign performance reporting via your client dashboard
• Ad spend allocation and budget management within your chosen package

AdBoost acts as an intermediary between you and the advertising platforms. We do not guarantee specific results, click-through rates, conversions, or return on investment. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and ad quality.

3. Eligibility

To use AdBoost you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a registered business or self-employed individual
• Have legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at Contact@Adboost7.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

AdBoost reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we believe is being used fraudulently or deceptively.

5. Packages and Payment

AdBoost offers tiered monthly subscription packages. Each package includes a defined monthly ad spend budget that is unlocked upon receipt of full payment. Package prices are listed in New Israeli Shekel (NIS) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

• Invoices are issued monthly and are due within the stated due date
• Failure to pay on time may result in your account being suspended until payment is received
• Unused monthly ad budget does not roll over to the following month
• Enterprise package pricing is custom and agreed upon separately with each client

6. Ad Spend and Platform Margin

Each package includes a monthly ad spend budget — the portion of your payment allocated directly toward placing ads on digital platforms. AdBoost retains a platform management fee which covers campaign setup, monitoring, creative review, reporting, and account management.

When you create individual campaigns, a per-campaign margin is applied to your campaign budget. This margin is transparently defined per package and visible in your dashboard. All amounts are stated in NIS.

7. Ad Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content of any advertisements you submit. By submitting ad creatives through AdBoost, you confirm that:

• You hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all submitted content
• Your ads comply with the advertising policies of each target platform
• Your ads comply with applicable Israeli law and international regulations
• Your ads do not contain false, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Your ads do not promote illegal products, services, or activities

AdBoost reserves the right to reject or remove any creative that we determine violates these guidelines, platform policies, or applicable law, without liability or refund.

8. Refund Policy

All payments made to AdBoost are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced and ad spend has been allocated. If a campaign fails to launch due to an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue or credit the unused spend toward a future campaign.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Contact@Adboost7.com within 7 days of the relevant invoice date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property

The AdBoost platform, dashboard, branding, and all associated software remain the exclusive property of AdBoost. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of all ad creatives and business content you submit. By submitting content through AdBoost, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of managing your advertising campaigns.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Israeli law, AdBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or advertising underperformance.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AdBoost in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable Israeli privacy law (Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981) and any applicable regulations. We use your data solely to operate and improve our services and will not sell your personal information to third parties. For questions about data handling, contact us at Contact@Adboost7.com.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. AdBoost may terminate immediately if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding invoices, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, access to your dashboard and all active campaigns will be suspended.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

14. Changes to These Terms

AdBoost reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered clients of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
