AdBoost is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have regarding your data. By using our platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

AdBoost ("we", "us", "our") is a digital advertising management platform operated in Israel. We act as the data controller for personal information collected through our website and platform at adboost7.com.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data only for the following purposes:

  • Providing our services — managing your ad campaigns, processing invoices, and operating your dashboard
  • Account management — creating and maintaining your account, verifying your email, and processing password resets
  • Communication — sending invoice notifications, campaign updates, account alerts, and responding to your enquiries
  • Security — detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse of our platform
  • Legal compliance — meeting our obligations under Israeli law and any applicable international regulations
  • Service improvement — understanding how our platform is used in order to improve features and performance

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract performance — processing is necessary to deliver the services you subscribed to
  • Legal obligation — certain data must be retained to comply with Israeli financial and tax law
  • Legitimate interests — security monitoring, fraud prevention, and platform improvement
  • Consent — for any optional communications or uses not covered above, we will ask for your explicit consent

5. Sharing Your Data with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Advertising Platforms

To run your campaigns, we submit ad content and targeting information to the platforms you select (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X/Twitter, Taboola). Each platform processes this data under their own privacy policy and terms.

Infrastructure Providers

Our platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure. Your data is stored in secure databases. These providers process data solely on our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your data if required to do so by Israeli law, a court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdBoost, our clients, or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations:

  • Account data — retained for the duration of your account and for 7 years after closure (Israeli financial record-keeping requirement)
  • Invoice and billing records — retained for 7 years in accordance with Israeli tax law
  • Ad creatives and campaign settings — retained for 3 years after the campaign ends
  • Ad performance statistics (impressions, clicks, reach) — retained until you ask us to delete them; ad spend figures are financial records and are kept for 7 years
  • Contact form messages — retained for 2 years
  • Technical logs — retained for 90 days

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our platform uses essential session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session state. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that track you across other websites.

The advertising platforms we work with (Facebook, Google, etc.) may use their own tracking technologies on your business's website as part of running your campaigns (e.g., the Facebook Pixel or Google Tag). This tracking is on your website, governed by your relationship with those platforms, and is not controlled by AdBoost.

8. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:

  • All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing (bcrypt)
  • API access is protected by signed JSON Web Tokens (JWT) with expiry
  • Database access is restricted to authenticated server processes only
  • Admin functions require separate role-based authentication

While we take every reasonable precaution, no system is 100% secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at Contact@Adboost7.com.

9. Your Rights

Under Israeli privacy law and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to correction — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to deletion — you can request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations
  • Right to restriction — you can ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances
  • Right to data portability — you can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object — you can object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at Contact@Adboost7.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

10. International Data Transfers

By using advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, your campaign data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Israel, including the United States and European Union member states. These transfers are made in accordance with the data transfer mechanisms required by applicable law, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required under GDPR.

11. Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for business use only and is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
